At Battery Experts, we stand behind the quality of our automotive batteries. All of our batteries come with up to 36 months of warranty, giving you peace of mind for your purchase. However, please note the following limitations regarding our warranty:
The warranty does not cover the following:

Normal wear and tear: Batteries naturally degrade over time due to regular use.

Loads left on: Leaving electrical loads or accessories on when the vehicle is not in use can negatively affect battery performance.

Vehicle storage: Batteries that are stored in vehicles for extended periods without proper maintenance may not be covered.

Physical damage: Any damage to the battery caused by impact, crushing, or other forms of physical harm is not covered under warranty.

Incorrect application: Batteries used in applications or vehicles for which they were not designed or intended are not covered.

Battery removal: Damage or issues arising from improper battery removal or installation will void the warranty.

Improper or overcharging: Any damage caused by overcharging or improper charging methods is not covered under warranty.
Warranty Procedure

Provide Proof of Purchase: You’ll need to provide proof of purchase, such as your invoice, or the phone number or name you used when you purchased the battery. This will help us locate your details quickly.

Schedule a Technician Visit: Once we have your details, we'll organize a convenient date and time for one of our technicians to come out and assess your battery.

Assessment of Battery: Our technician will inspect the battery to determine if it’s covered under warranty.
Additional Terms:
This warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the battery and does not cover any associated labor costs or damages. It is void if any of the above conditions are violated.
